This is a great value, clean modern hotel that is very conveniently located near the very nice town of Arroyo Grande and is about a ten minute drive to down town Pismo Beach. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower was very modern and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Love the location. Located in downtown Arroyo Grande. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and a cool brewery. The rooms were pretty big. Bed was alright. Pillows could be comfier.

Really great hotel in a wonderful location. There are two wineries a block away and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean with nice large rooms and we have found the staff very friendly both times we’ve stayed. They also offer a complimentary happy hour during the week!
