Located in the quaint village of Ballard, just down the street from Los Olivos, Anavo Farm offers a private setting and a well-appointed cozy cottage with many outdoor areas to enjoy like cozy chairs and fire pit. Feels off the beaten path but amazingly close to everything.

The farm is just 30 min from Refugio Beach.
