Clean staff was nice. Windows faced the pool but the drapes blocked all light entering the room. There needs to be something that obscures the view into the room but allows no light in (blinds or sheers).

Unhappy Vacation

Our rooms were on the ground floor. It wasn’t very clean. I think there was a pet that stayed in the room because there were animal hair in the bathroom room and a piece of poop that got mashed up. By the side table there was a funky smell. Come to think of it. Might be the dog peed to mark his space. We had to call front desk twice. Once at 10:30 and at 11:30. The guest above was walking back and forth so loudly. Since there is no closet door in our room the person above was rolling around with the chair, too. Didn’t have a good sleep. Very irritated and upset.

The staff is very friendly and professional. It’s walking distance to Olde Town Solvang. The room was clean and we had more than enough pillows and towels. This is my go to place

If you don't mind a short walk then shopping and dinning are walkable, facility was quite nice balcony, pool , jacuzzi was ok only one side had jets working, in room shower/ jetted tube was nice, mission a short drive away
