It was very motel like. The carpet was frayed and a trip hazard. Front desk were extremely nice and accommodating. Questionable people hung around parking lot but we had no incidents.

Not worth the money.

For 1 night we survived. This is a motel in a good area with a resturant. It is old, outdated, light bulbs out, and tile floors dirty. No usb charging ports. But fine for a short stay. I wouldn't stay there again.

Good, but could be better

The grounds are beautiful, the room was very clean despite being old. Some mold in the bathroom but nothing out of the ordinary for a property this age. The A/C didn't work well and maintenance didn't do much about it. Run it 'til it goes basically. Room was never at temperature and always humid. No microwave, large "bar fridge". The front desk folks were curt and unhelpful, they did their job at the minimum. Overall okay for a 4 days stay. The Inn is located next to some very good restaurants, not far from the beaches and most Santa Barbara major attractions. Would look for another property next time but if the price is right, I would return.

It’s rundown

The service is great at front desk and restaurant. The room was very simple, but poor ventilation and poor electrical outlets. Lights for vanity and hallway blew out while I was getting ready, I feared of being electrocuted when plugging my phone. Hotel is run down, but ample parking.
