We have stayed here twice - and probably will every time we visit! Great place. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only areas that I think could improve would be the parking, food, and the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues, and we appreciated being “left alone” during our stay, but the times I did need to interact with staff left me feeling more like a burden than a guest. No one was rude or anything just… distant I guess and almost seemed annoyed. Could have easily been the persons mood that day. The food options were impressive compared to other places we’ve stayed, however it tasted a bit bland. Also, both days, my wife couldn’t eat the burritos due to an onion allergy - this is obviously our issue and not yalls, however offering protein options other than the burritos might be helpful in the future. But overall we love staying here and will continue to choose here on our future travels.

This was a great choice among the many nearby hotels. It has charm and was very cean and comfortable. The area was very quiet. Breakfast was as great as the reviews mention. It would have been wonderful to have good coffee, but the breakfast options made it all a great start to the day. We appreciated the larger refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was supreme. We will happily return.

Barking dog day and night!

We have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed the comfort of the beds and breakfast BUT this time our experience was horrible. Apparently dogs are allowed now and a neighboring room had a dog that continually barked for 2 days early in the morning and throughout the night. This was a business trip for us and we needed to get good rest and we barely slept!! Also, our fan wants working properly to drown out the sound. Very disappointing and we most likely won’t return

Small disability room, no desk, table, dirty rugs, ac not working properly, dingy towels, sheets, pillowcases. You get what you pay for. Not much. Room not cleaned on the second day.

Horrible. The hallway looked like an old apartment building. The door didnt even open/shut correctly. The shower was broken. The faucet came out and didnt even work. The towels were dirty and old like it never had been changed. One of the queen beds had stains looked like someone died in it. The breakfast was very limited and was "ok" burritos but small space to sit in. The staff was unhelpful and the manager the next day didnt even care. This is not a 3-star hotel maybe 1/2 star. Save your time and $$$. If we didnt drive in so late (2 a.m.) I would've change hotel rooms ASAP

The room had a terrible smell becuse they had cleaned the carpet and it was not dry. We had to switch rooms. The second room was also stinky and the AC did not work they had an extra fan. The only good thing about this hotel is the Staff, very professional and quick to help. This hotel is old and needs to be updated including the beds. We only stayed becauses it was the ballok festival and everything else was sold out.

Bathroom floor was sticky and counters were not wiped down. Air conditioner unit kept making noise all night long and anyone walking down the hallway talking can be heard clearly in the rooms late at night.
