The room smelt of old urine from a dog. Stains in the floor. Bench dirty. I was not comfortable with conditions. Lack of sleep.

The bed was lumpy/uncomfortable, pillow cases were stained for two of the pillows, and the AC unit fan is super loud. It was difficult to sleep with the noise for some of us. One of us needed to work but internet is slow and keeps cutting out. We only needed it for checking email, writing article - not streaming - but even this was impossible. There were some down and out folks hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived and when we returned from dinner... no issues for us, but might be a concern for others.

It was gross… so we moved after 1 night. They were understanding and refunded us. If you are desperate you can stay but it’s really dirty. That’s why cheap.

The room was musky and felt wet, bad smell... sheets felt dirty and smelled like old dirty socks. The picture shows wood flooring, but the room we stayed in had really old carpet, which is what probably smelled in the room. The hallway was old carpet. Needs updating. The two staff we encountered were nice and efficient and fast.

This is a pet friendly hotel which is awesome. I like the area, it’s very convenient. The staff are great. The rooms are getting a bit worn. They’re was no hot water but staff were accommodating and offered another room to shower.

Cute New Mexican decor, but lacking in amenities.

Hotel was beautifully decorated in New Mexican decor. Breakfast burritos made on premise were a delicious touch to their good breakfast choices. Bathrooms needed updating. Towels were clean, but stained. Water was rusty for a few hours. Couldn’t shower or brush teeth. Front desk said it happens often and was the city’s issue. Bedrooms were small. Couldn’t get housekeeping on some days. Only a pot of regular coffee in the lounge past 10 am each day…no decaf, no hot water, no tea bags. Water bottles were sold at a high price in their refrigerator by front desk. It was an okay place to stay for three nights, but not the best.

Comfortable beds

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable. I had a king size and I slept very well. This was my 2nd time staying there.
