Looking to visit Saratoga Springs? We have the perfect place. Come stay in our 3- bedroom, 2-bathroom, home in the middle of it all.
Make yourselves at home with our comfortable furniture and open floor plan. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, custom-built butcher-block island with bar seating and open to the dining and living rooms. Our dining room can comfortably sit eight and double slider doors open to a large deck for entertaining. The deck has a Weber grill with side burner for your grilling needs. The living room is furnished with a large leather sectional couch, 60-inch flat screen TV and beautiful bay window. The bedrooms have 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs. Each bedroom has a closet and two bedrooms have dressers for plenty of storage and ceiling fans. There are 2 full bathrooms, one is located upstairs and one downstairs. Make your way downstairs to an additional living room/bar area. The washer and dryer are in the garage for your use as well as a ping pong table and plenty of board games. The house is equipped with central air. Large fenced-in, tree-lined backyard.
Plenty of off-street parking and quiet neighborhood.
Come and enjoy all four seasons. Fall foliage in the Adirondacks, winter sports, year-round weddings, mountain bike and hiking trails. We are 4 miles from Saratoga Lake, a quick 1 hour scenic drive to Gore mountain, 30-minute drive to West mountain, 30 minutes to Lake George and about 1 hour from Bennington, VT.

Fantastic stay in Saratoga!

Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend in Saratoga

Great house, great locaction and awesome host. We were in town for a show at SPAC and this property was close enough to walk to the venue. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The host Mike was so nice and communicative. We will stay here agian and reccomend it to friends for sure.

Bachelorette weekend

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. It was spacious and clean, very convenient, nice kitchen. We enjoyed the living room, the deck, and the location as we were able to Uber everywhere easily. Saratoga is a beautiful area with so much to see and do. I knew the owner was a phone call/text away but everything was truly so fantastic we didn’t really have to contact him! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The check in and check out times were flexible which helped us a lot when there was a last minute change of plans. The host is very welcoming. The property is not far from downtown but sits in a neighborhood full of trees and birds. There is a grocery store nearby.

What an incredible weekend, and Mike was so accommodating! Despite getting 15” of snow on Saturday, our semi-annual girls weekend was such fun! Mikes house was fully stocked and perfect for the 7 of us!!! Highly recommend it!

Clean, spacious, easy walk to downtown Saratoga and shopping. We appreciate the welcome amenities (cookies and listing of local information). The light switches were all labeled. Wi-fi was a bit inconsistent. I had a blast playing Ping-Pong with my young niece.
