Welcome to your perfect beachfront escape on Seabrook Island. This spacious home offers direct beach access, a private pool, and a large deck ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities, this property combines coastal charm with convenience. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying ocean views, or exploring the island, this home is designed for a memorable seaside getaway.”
Seabrook Island Guest registration form is required and emailed to guest for additional info and electronic signature. Amenity Cards must be linked to credit card as no cash is accepted at pools, restaurants, etc. We accept up to 2 dogs (only) who weigh less than 35 pounds each. Pet cleaning fee is $175 per pet, no exception for service animal. Call if your dog(s) weigh(s) more or are specially trained for permission. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Must be 24 years old to rent. All rentals are subject to $175 cleaning fee, $75 resort fee and $40 parking pass. SC hospitality tax rate is 13%. Refunds are limited to 96.4% of payments actually received and sent via check at end of month.

We had a wonderful short stay here with our young family and small dog. The location was perfect for us, and the condo was beautiful and just the right size. We had beach time, our youngest rode a horse on her birthday, and we enjoyed the indoor pool nearby. We would come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Pictures are accurate. We loved walking to the beach. We didn’t mind driving to the indoor pool (9 min) as it was too chilly for the outdoor pools. Furniture was comfortable, place was clean, Mary was great. It was a quiet, relaxing week and we can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I needed a getaway for just the two of us and this was the perfect place. Amazing views from the balcony to drink your morning coffee on and stare at the water! We frequented the pool, beach, clubhouse, and golf course. Everything is walking/biking distance. We have stayed here in the past and we will be back in the future.
