This place is very clean, friendly, personable and overall a wonderful place to stay. Front desk was very helpful with tourist tips and places to go. The room ( Kimberly’s room) was very clean and orderly with a great view of the water. The building is historic to Seaside and has such a charm! The place is great if you are a couple and want to get away for a night or 2! The room we had was right behind the reception desk so we literally heard everything! Also- around 6 am we heard the employees start getting ready for breakfast on the other side so lots of banging and loud noises at 6am on a weekend which I was bummed about!

Breakfast was adequate, staff was amazing, room was clean w/ just a few rough edges, shower was HOT and didn't fizzle out. pet friendly. Property had lots of charm. My only real complaint, was that the floors are thin and the people staying above us must've been vampires who only sleep 2 hours a night. I maybe only got a total of 6hrs sleep over our 3 day stay. Also, before we booked, somebody told us there was a jacuzzi, but there was none.
