Guy who checked us in was nice enough. Room was in very poor condition. Floor boards were warped, sound on the old tv kept going in and out, tub was patched, shower curtain was tattered. The second bed was missing and there were no chairs or table to sit at in all the empty space. Very disappointed in the accommodations.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and we were not very happy with our stay. When we first checked in the front desk clerk was very helpful and even gave us some really good non-tourist things to do. The hot water was amazing and never ran out which was great especially being from AZ and not used to the cold. After that it went down hill. The staff never cleaned our room, or gave us new towels, or even restocked the toilet paper without us asking for it. After three days we had to ask for toilet paper and our trash to be taken out just to find out that we had to remove our own trash. Even though there were no additional trash bags to put back in the trash cans.

The name of this place is a bit deceiving. The "Inn" at Lake Washington was a bit more like a Motel 6. The other clientele staying there were noisy, with little children running up and down the walkway in front of our room until 11pm. I do have to say that the staff were helpful. Also, we booked a King bed but there were none available. I think that's more of an Expedia screw up. I guess we should have done our homework before booking this place.

Is flitter dirty have bug in the room. The next morning there was no water. They have homeless people hanging around the property. The room is not what it is online and actually it’s in person. Front desk customer service is HORRIBLE!

This is an older property. Some things are need an upgrade. Carpet replacement would be good. Paint to match or repaint whole rooms. A lot of construction in the area but I didn't pick up on it from my room. It has a 2 story building and a 3 story building. Overall, no issues with the room, pricing ($100.00 deposit, in addition to price you pay), no breakfast, bed was comfortable. No issues with staff.
