Beautiful, spacious and cute rooms! Really enjoyed our stay. And so close to coffee shops, the space needle and other attractions. Also love that they’re pet friendly ($30 extra for a pet)…I wish it was a flat rate per stay or $20 extra but $30 is my limit) : )
Cool place built in 1918 and kept the vintage vibe. Clean and staff were friendly. Parking area can’t be accessed by bigger vehicles. No meals/food if you have minors with you. They’re doing Reno’s but it was still quiet and clean
Amazing staff! Friendly & Courteous! We booked a king room suite and overall it was a very lovely experience. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was you are not able to open any windows for fresh air-they are covered with a plexiglass type of material. Other than that, the decor was beautiful and timeless. You can tell there is a lot of love put into this historic hotel!! Great location! Easy access to downtown and to some great view points of Seattle, such as a 10-15 walk to Kerry Park. Fab location if you are seeing a concert at Climate Pledge and want to check out all of the big tourist attractions like the space needle in one central place. Would definitely recommend for more budget friendly people that like to park it and walk around and explore a lot!
Fantastic renovated property with amazing facilities and fixtures !!!

We always love the quintessential vibe at this property and its close proximity to Climate Pledge. Evening staff tonight was prompt and efficient while taking care of all our needs with quiet kindness.
Highly recommend staying here for an old hotel feel with ghost stories and comfort.
I booked this hotel specifically for its character since it was built is 1918, so it would've been nice to know it was under renovation/construction. The ambiance and "wow factor" was nonexistant, which was very disappointing. The trades people were wondering around and interupting business being conducted at the front desk, which was frustrating. As for the amenities at the hotel, there are none. No where to get a soda or snack, not even a vending machine. No eatery of any kind on site, except a lounge that has age restrictions, though it wasnt open anyway during our stay. So all you get for your money is a bedroom to sleep.
The folks working the front desk and valet desk didn’t have a uniform or any ID to suggest they worked there. I initially thought they were with the trades on site. Having said that, they were very kind and as helpful as they could be. I mention identifiers simply for safety. Recognizing who was a representative of the hotel compared to who was working on the renovations should've been considered for guest's trust and comfort.
As for the room, it was FREEZING! There was a horrible draft coming from the air-conditioner that was installed in the window. We turned up the heat but the bed by that wall and windows was uncomfortably cold. On that note, there were no extra blankets in the closet. Also, the doorknob on the bathroom door came out entirely and had to be repaired and though the room was cold, the fridge did NOT get cold.

The property was really cool heritage building. Very quiet. Each room had a little sitting area which was unique. Lots of character, the old staircase etc. staff very friendly and helpful. The actual seattle neighbourhood was a bit questionable but all in all very close to where we were going for our event, lots of cool pubs and restaurants around climate pledge arena. Would stay there again
Hotel is old feeling but in a clean way with great decor. I loved my stay. Not everything in the room worked great but we had more space than needed! A little sitting area with coffee table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a great view of the space needle. Staff was all very friendly and enjoyable.
It was the worst stay I had since my the Expedia booking history. This hotel is doing construction. There is a lot of dust in the air and I am allergic to the dust. I kept on sneezing for the whole stay. I planed to check out at noon but I couldn’t stay till noon, so we checked out in the morning. I didn’t see any reminding instructions for they are doing construction when I booked this stay. And there is not any information for the dust allergy members. The staffs were nice but it still the worst trip and stay.
Stayed after a concert. Perfect walking distance to climate pledge arena. Hotel staff was very friendly, they went above and beyond. Will stay here again!

Very disappointed
Disappointed to have no place to hang a coat or store clothing. No closet or hooks. The room looks nothing like what was featured or described online. Sad to “treat” ourselves to a room where we just pike things on the floor. Our “kitchenette” is just a plastic coffee machine that put out dirty water for tea until I ran it three times.
This is a historic hotel, meaning that it's quite old. I enjoyed it quite a bit but they were in the middle of renovations and there was no dresser or hanger space in the room. The room itself was great, spacious, great views, very nice bathroom.
I can't wait to stay here again when the renovations are complete. The location was great!
