The staff are really nice and accommodating. The rooms are good but the water pressure is low at best especially on the higher floors due to old pipes. The AC takes forever to cool off a room. Other than that the place is nice and very centrally located.

The good: Attractive decore, nice location, decent bar & restaurant. The bad: They were late being able to check-in myself and other guests due to rooms not being cleaned yet. I overheard the front desk staff speak disbaraging about a house keeping attendent that was 'in a mood'. Despite them knowing I was missing an engagement, they did not offer any solution (i.e. taking my bags and holding the room). They offered me free drinks but I don't like to partake. Once inside, my room smelled distinctly like cat's pee and there were holes in my bed sheets. My refrigerator was not fully restocked which makes me expect they may charge me for the items missing. All in all, not a terrible stay but definitely not worth the price tag.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were friendly and professional. The food at The Hart and The Hunter was delicious! The location was fabulous with easy walking to great restaurants, bars, music, sight seeing, etc. Note - the hotel is downtown and you will experience city noise throughout the night. We'd stay again.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve had in the city, and I’m from here. The staff was amazing, the room and decor were so cool, and the food was superb. Perfect location if you are catching a game, the lime scooters are right out front for you to go explore the city.

Overall good location if going to the Pike Market. Room was noisy. Last day some issues with the water. Commode lost water for about 30 minutes and water pressure decreased to almost not flow while taking a shower. Lastly, the sink was separate from the bathroom, light over it was very dim. Yes, could open the window shades for light but then other rooms have direct view into the room.

I want to say that both the room and the hotel itself, as well as the location, were perfect. However, the experience was seriously affected by the noise. Last night I could hardly sleep because of constant noise in the hallways, and on top of that, two motorcycles outside were revving their engines and blasting loud music every 15 minutes until around 2 or 3 a.m. The noise inside the room was so strong that it felt like it was happening right there. Unfortunately, the good aspects of the hotel are overshadowed by this issue. At the very least, I expected someone to take some action, but nothing was done.
