Staff was friendly but the room was on the border of averge/ok to poor. - Found a glump of either body or pubic hair against the wall between the desk and the ajoining door to the room next door. - One of the latchs to the toliet seat was not secured to the toliet so every time I used the toliet, I ran the risk of either ripping the seat off when I lifted the lid or might run the seat off when I sat down. - There was no towel rack to put towels on to dry after a shower. Where a rake should be, it had looked like it was either broken off or ripped off the wall. - The key cards kept deactivating so I had to at least twice get the staff to rekey the cards. Other than that, the stay was fine for the 3 nights I was there.

Dirty smelly NO Service did not clean room at all had to call front desk and ask for clean towels and trash to be taken out. Was brought towels with black mold stains no blanket on bed only top sheet paper thin pillows no shampoo or or anything only small bar of hand soap horrible mattress

The floor in our room was sticky throughout, there was a baby cockroach in the in the bathroom, the toilet seat was not attached to the base and fell on us when we used it, there was smoking throughout the motel. The public areas were not clean, the door to the cars was left unlocked for the whole night. This is a 2 star motel but the basics were not even covered.

The toilet seat was not secured on one side. Talked to the check in person and was unable to resolve the problem. My pillow was two pieces of foam in a case. The room was clean and shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Just a couple housekeeping things and it would have a better rating from us.
