Annoying breakfast schedule

Everything was great. The only exception was the noise and loud conversations by staff when working in the storage room which was next door to our room. Because we were enjoying our laid-back weekend we didn’t partake of the complimentary breakfast and attempted to sleep later than 7-8 am. Our room was across from the break room, we were bothered by staff getting supplies from the storage room and loud discussions.

Had a girls trip with my best friend and our daughters. Got a suite plenty of room, and clean. Nice balcony. Overall good experience. Also so close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Loved our 3 night stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were great. The continental breakfast was good too. We have 3 kids and the room was spacious enough for us all. The laundry facility was very convenient as well.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been going there for years. My parents go there as well anytime any of us stay in the area it’s always so clean and the staff is always amazingly friendly. Housekeeping is absolutely awesome as well.

This is a great hotel. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and the hotel is clean. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast and everything was stocked well. We will return to this hotel and recommend to friends.

Very clean, new looking paint, We enjoyed watching the sunset while soaking in the hot tub. The iridescent tiles in the hot tub were beautiful. The hot tub jets weren't very strong. The temperature of the pool was nice. The sheets were soft but we felt itchy because we were probably sensitive to the laundry detergent or softener. The apple smell in the hall smelled good but set off my allergies. We did not smell cigarette smoke smell anywhere.

The property was in a good location. Close to outlets, not far from anywhere! Looking forward to a nice breakfast was a disaster. Not sure if too crowded in Pigeon Forge or if the hotel needs to address overcrowding in the breakfast area. Seems rather small for hotel size. Definitely unable to enjoy breakfast. Choice was rather limited also

Amazing service!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were so helpful. When I asked for extra linen, they brought it right away. Later, when I needed milk for my kids at night, one staff member went out of his way to get it, going up to the breakfast area to bring us two cups. Their kindness and quick service made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and excellent service!
