Everyone was great and they have an awesome staff.Marke was at the front desk when we arrived and we were allowed to check in about an hour and a half early, which helped because we had a small baby with us and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. There was a problem with my card and she worked with us as I had to change cards and realized that a previous hotel that I was gonna book with had charged my cardby accident even though I canceled. So she was calm, as I was in a panic lol. The only bad thing was there was an incident where my daughter went to the bathroom and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom and my daughter had a panic attack I call the front des s my daughter, and I do not do well with spiders & roaches & Marke she got on it right away &sent someone he sprayed got the cockroach up put it in the toilet, but by then my daughter was ready to move to another hotel, but Marke move us immediately to a king suite on the third floor which worked out better for my daughter myself and my grandson and there were more counter space for his bottles and baby food. The girl in the coffee bar/ starbucks was amazing as well. She was always upbeat. The night crew was awesome as well.If you call down to the desk or went to the desk, they were always helpful. Marke helped us to check in.I want to have early because we had the baby with us and we were exhausted. I would stay again. My daughter would not stay again because of the incident with the roach but i wo

Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay.

Price was par for the property, LOW. The advertised shopping along river was 3/4 closed. Bad area, construction everywhere, old bathroom toilet, tubs, were layinng new road to check in. THEY DO NOT CLEAN ROOMS DAILY UNLESS YOU CALL AHEAD TO SCHEDULE. BOTH PHONES IN ROOM DID NOT WORK.

A pleasant Suprise

I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport.
