The rooms smell like mildew, there was mildew on the outside of the shower, housekeeping answered the phone like you were bothering them..we ordered food at the cafe for them to leave it sitting at the pickup counter for the servers while the cooks were going home.. this is the 2nd time i have stayed at this hotel and for the price im not impressed.

Checking in was for 3pm was told to come back at 4 then 5 pm wasn't able to check in till 7 pm.The front desk was understaff the experience was horrible definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Casino was extremely warm with what felt like no ventilation. We literally had our clothes wet with sweat trying to gamble. The waitress wouldnt show for an hour to even bring water. The casino reeked of body odor and armpits due to the sweating. Third floor was cool but 1 and 2 were awful. The roo was very overpriced for this kind of experience. If you add that to the 28.99 ATM fee to get your own funds, its pretty bad. Rooms have no microwave. The bulb in the lamp was blown, and the room wouldnt even cool down as low as we wanted. The halls were cool but not the rooms. Sportsman cafe sold me a cheesesteak stacker that was delicious on the firat 3 bites and then i found where he had absolutely either dumped the salt or maybe the lid came off during salting. I tried to conti nue to eat it because my blood sugar had dropped. I could only eat 3 more bites. I honestly left there 2 days later with raw salt burns on the inside of my mouth. I couldnt drunk soda or enjoy a drink at the bar forhaving the salt burns. Im home and the burns are still not healed yet and all i can drink is water. So it wasnt a good trip. Its safe to say it wasnt for us.

The casino and lobby areas were clean and overall a pleasant experience. The "Vintage" restaurant was exceptional. The service was great, the food was amazing and although pricey, was consistent with the service and quality. The "Sportsmans Paradise" restaurant was not a good experience. We tried it for breakfast and our orders were simple, two southwest omelets. After 45 minutes, we were told the were waiting on the hash browns and our omelets had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes. We chose to go somewhere else to have a meal. The hotel room was disappointing. The room was not clean, the carpet needed replacing, the lamp on the desk had corrosion around the charging plugs, and the tile was chipped and dirty. My wife refused to walk barefoot in the room. We may return to the casino but definately will not stay at the hotel unless major changes have beebn made.

Hotel is run down and needs updating. It rained and window leaked. Wallpaper was peeling off and elevators were out of service. Our room keys didn’t work on the second day. La Spa’s steam room had mildew and needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. A lot throughout the hotel needs updating.

My stay was turning out very well when I checked in with Erica at the front desk. She arranged a very good room for me away from everyone away from the elevators. I had a very good night's rest. As I was packing my bags and leaving the next day I left and about 20 minutes down the road realize that I had left behind my dirty clothes bag I called the hotel they transferred me to security and Security advised me that they would bring down my dirty clothes from the room and put it at the front desk. Upon arrival to the hotel they advised me that the bag never made it down and that it was never in the room I asked the front desk if I can go up there and check the room they gave me a card and I went up there. The room was already being addressed by housekeeping. All the garbage was already thrown out as well as all the sheets I go out to the cart that was sitting outside the door and lo and behold was my bag with my dirty clothes. Covered in all sorts of sauces and everything from other people's garbage. I did not appreciate this from the hotel. I would have expected whoever grabbed the bag and threw it in the garbage that they would have looked inside and saw that it was not garbage that it was clothing. But this does not reflect at all on the front desk. Only on the security and the housekeeping. Granted there was construction going on outside so it kind of took away from the curb appeal but that did not at all Hinder my stay. I would stay here again

the hotel was great. i was upset that our suite was on the dog floor. i wish i would have been told this before check in. with that being said you couldn't tell in the room outside of the random barking
