Watch out for the Prices at the Restaurants and th

The Room was great, but it's the Restaurant On ground floor Staff Customer Service, was horrible, and some act racist against White People. Also their Prices are a rip off 17 dollars for just the Burger, and the Girl Taking the To go Order was really rude, and I believe Racist. Even the people at the Desk and Some workers at Casino entrances really need to work on their Customer Service skills. Also your policy on 100 deposit, and how long it takes to get back into Customer account is ridiculous. You sure can take the 100 out right away, but to get back , 3 to 7 days is horrible service to the Customer too. Also not allowed to pay cash for Deposit, so you can get back right away when you check out is messed up to. My Wife and I will not be staying at your Establishment again, and we used to come to your Business quite a bit, before you started hiring Racists and Rude ass People on your Staff

Overall good experience. A lot of homeless people in the immediate vicinity and parking garage the smells of urine. Only issue with the room was no housekeeping and when I asked to have my bed linens changed while at a meeting I was told housekeeping doesn’t change bedding the guest has to.

We had gotten a room at another Hotel and the changed our days on us without my knowledge so I needed a room quick and affordable and Bally’s came through!! Great night sleep…water pressure in the shower was horrible but everything else made up for it!

4+ stars but not perfect.

Solid comfort for a low price. The hotel is clean rhe staff friendly and the rooms are comfortable. There were a few inconceniences, first at my time of arrival it took a while to get checked in because they only had a single desk worker. Second, needed more towels in the room. And last, no room service menu but they offer room service. If you went downstairs and placed your order they would not deliver even tho its the same menu.
