THEY OVERBOOKED THE HOTEL. SO WHEN I GOT THERE AT 9:30 PM THEY DIDNT HAVE MY A ROOM FOR ME. i IMMEDIATLY CALLED EXPEDIA AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED. Gross bathroom

The shower stalls have mold and mildew in them. Also the shampoo and conditioner bottles were used. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived in our room

The free parking was nice. Although it was a little confusing on first glance. There are still signs for Valet parking but that is not offered anymore. I realize it's just an older part of town but there were homeless people hanging out on the sidewalk RIGHT at the hotel asking for money and sleeping! Also, during the night one night while sleeping there was a VERY strong odor of marijuana in our room (it was evidently coming under the door from the hallway).

It was like nails on a chalkboard, trying to have staff answer the phone. When we called for room service that closes at 10 PM at 7 PM. They told us that they were too busy. Try to order breakfast through room to rest the next day could not get anyone to answer the phone. DoorDash’s are not allowed up to the room so trying to call the front desk to figure out if my order has been dropped off or not yet was hectic. The room itself was gorgeous and very well kept and clean

Normally, things are fine, but this trip our night stand was broken, the faucet in the bathroom was backwards, no coffee in the room and the tv had so many issues staying connected we just turned it off. Also, I was at the players club section and asked if I had players money, she said no and before I left I swiped my card and I had $35 of free play that was more expired ( after midnight). It would have been nice to have the reward.
