Fast checkin. Staff polite. A couple of minor irritations in the room. No complimentary bottles of water, always appreciated after travelling. No clothes hooks anywhere in bedroom or bathroom for towels swimsuits etc. Could only turn off lights at door and not by the bed. Welcome bowl of fruit very nice but on second and last day of our stay. Would be nice sooner. Pool great and generally good experience.

Don’t bother, better hotels

Breastfast was chaotic, too busy, food kept running out and was cold. Had bugs on our bed so had to change rooms at 11.00pm at night. Not worth the money far better hotels in Singapore for half the price.

Plumbing issues as there is a noise of water draining when take shower. Also. The hot water is not hot enough when so many floor take the shower together. Need improvement on plumbing issues. Our cruise vacation concluded perfectly in Singapore. We booked a total of 10 rooms, and the hotel provided us with excellent service. The staff were all very friendly, especially Juliana and Lewis, who helped us a lot. The room appliances are controlled by scanning a barcode with a mobile phone. One minor downside was that there was some water pooling on the floor after showering. The breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options. The hotel's transportation was also very convenient, and the staff who helped us call for taxis were very friendly. Our group was very satisfied.

Perfect for a stay in Singapore

Excellent hotel where everything was just very good. The staff were attentive, friendly but also impeccably professional, both the bedrooms and the public areas were stylish, spacious and very clean. We were in a crystal club room that also has access to the separate lounge and outdoor seating area. This was brilliant and well worth the premium payment, and a special call out to Gladys and Loy working in the lounge. They made the visit very special. Singapore is an amazing city and this was equally an amazing place to stay whilst there.

Great central location with east access to MRT City Hall station and local attractions. Rooms are great size, clean and moderns with perfect amenities. Breakfast has sufficient choices so suit all however table and buffet and table layout is a little chaotic and narrow from corridor like feel from reception to restaurant to separate room for salad and fruit and asian hot food which wasn't noticed immediately. Overall however would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Singapore.
