Comfortable room for a short stay

Comfortable room for a short stay. Central location. Only issue is the drinking water filter is not easy to operate. There's only English instructions and too many steps to get hot or cool water.

The hotel made a striking first impression upon our arrival, with a vibrant lobby suggesting its popularity. The check-in, however, presented a slight challenge. When I presented my passport, I was asked for all passports. As I handed over the second, I began to explain, "This is for the twin room with me, and this..." but was interrupted and asked to be more specific for the system. While I understand the need for clarity, the interaction felt a little less smooth than anticipated. Our room was pleasantly cozy, and the comfortable, firm beds were a definite highlight. We did notice a faint musty scent upon entering, but housekeeping responded promptly and resolved the matter efficiently. Breakfast offered a choice of two restaurants, which was a nice feature. We initially went to the 4th-floor location, but were redirected to the ground floor. The ground-floor restaurant was bustling, and after securing a table, I placed my flask as a marker and went to get my breakfast. Upon my return, I was surprised to find someone else seated at my table, and a half-eaten piece of honeydew was left on my napkin, next to my coffee. It was certainly an unexpected and rather unpleasant discovery.

Basic but functional

This a very busy hotel with lots of tour and school parties using it for their stay in Singapore. Rooms are basic but functional so fine for a couple of nights but probably not much more. Also, noise is an issue and the hotel could do with sound proofing the rooms to avoid guests being disturbed.

Amazing hotel you couldnt ask for better

I have visited numerous hotels in Asia, and I must say that this particular hotel stands out compared to the others I have stayed in for a similar price and rating. It accurately represents its features shown in pictures, unlike some hotels where the images do not reflect reality. The price is fair for a 4-star hotel, but it deserves a 4.5-star rating. Despite the busy peak season causing noise, the staff is exceptional and efficient with check-ins and staff at dines amazing also. It would be beneficial if they could place notes or manage crowds, but it is not necessary as the hotel is already impressive. We kept extending our stay and we didnt want go else where.I hope that one day it will achieve a 5-star rating and continue to maintain its excellence.

Although the room was smaller than anticipated it was modern and well appointed. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and very accommodating.
