Clean room, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Only complaint i would have is that the pool was freezing. My little one was so excited to go swimming but it was too cold. Others there wouldnt even stay in the pool because it was so cold. But hot tub was nice. There weren't any towels in the pool area for us to dry off so we left a pretty wet trail all the way back to our room. Beds were a little hard but im very picky about cleanliness and i was grateful the bedding was clean. Overall i am pretty satisfied with our stay.

We reserved a room with two beds. They put us in a small room with one small bed. When we brought it to their attention they looked at the reservation, they said they didn't know what a"double queen bed" was and wanted to charge us extra for two beds. We declined the offer and had a less than desirable room.

w One slight issue when we checked in, the window was open and the room was freezing cold. Unfortunately, we would have to wait for another room, so they cranked up the heat and we left for a while and when we returned the room was fine. All else was fine.
