This is a very family friendly property. My 7 year old son loved the pool. Very clean, and staff is amazing! Definitely would recommend!

The hotel’s HVAC couldn’t keep up with the extreme heat..our room was close to 80 degrees almost the entire stay. We were told there was nothing that could be done and that we should “unplug any unnecessary electronics” and “turn off the lights.” Seriously? There was also some baseball tournament or the like happening so there were kids running around until all hours, trash in the hallways, etc. Not to mention the absurd nightly rate I paid. Not recommended.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free bike rentals and biking the trail through the city! The pool was so much fun for the kids. We also enjoyed s’mores and a nice fire our first night. They also had doggies treats for our dog, which she loved! We will definitely stay here again in the future! Close to so much! And the restaurant attached was a great bonus with delicious food and great service!

We stayed in a suite (two queens and a pull out couch), and it was more spacious than most hotel suites. Staff was friendly and informative. Great area to stay in! Close to downtown Sioux Falls, walking trail right beside the hotel, parks nearby to visit, lots of restaurant choices close by.

The staff was soooooo helpful and so friendly! The breakfast was amazing, the room was large, clean and comfortable and the pool was an extra fun surprise for the kids! We were road tripping and hope to come back that way again to the national parks and if we take that route we will definitely be returning to stay!
