Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The breakfast menu consisted of pizza hot pockets and microwavable White Castle burgers one morning and plain bagels and white bread the next morning. No fresh fruit available from what we saw. They are renovating the hotel so there is understandable clutter when you enter the doors, but the room was just dirty. When we stepped out of the shower onto the floor, we would leave behind dirt footprints, and you could visibly see how the floor was not cleaned or washed recently as there were stains and debris and actual dirt caked onto the floor. The tub had a very old sticker still left on from when it was purchased. A poor attempt was made to scrape it off. One of the towels had a visible brown mark that appeared new, not a stain. A kitchenette was listed as being a part of the room but it was a mini fridge and a mini microwave placed in the dresser of the room. The bed was stiff but the pillows were very comfortable and the bed appeared and felt clean, thankfully. The TV did not work upon our arrival because it could not connect to the internet and the WiFi was unusable because the signal was so poor. All members of the staff that we interacted with were very kind and they were helpful when we needed them to fix our TV and update our door key so we could get access to our room on the 2nd night, but the amenities listed aren’t accurate and it was very unclean. The area is nice and safe but I will not stay here again.
