Centrally located on the beach this well maintained, tropically decorated, beachfront condo in beautiful South Padre Island has been tastefully updated for family fun. The condo is in a beautifully manicured garden and gated community. The condo is centrally located on the fifth floor by the elevator. You get gorgeous beach views in the living room and master bedroom. The condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining/living room, and a balcony that looks directly down at the beach below.

A patio door opens out to the balcony chairs and table allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze while you enjoy your tall glass of ice cold drink any time of the day. Watch the ships come and go on the horizon as they enter/leave the shipping channel. Wind surfers can often be seen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a two twin beds.

The condo is tropically decorated for your vacation by the beach. The owners recently updated the condo with new bed linens, towels, appliances. and new digital LED TVs in living room and master bedroom. Kitchen has all new large and small appliances. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Good fishing exists on the beach or take one of the bay side or deep sea fishing excursions. Twenty minutes west and you can play golf at the South Padre Island Golf Course.
