Our visit was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and furnished nicely - the bath was awesome and the air con worked great. The location on Lord Street was great and allowed access to all the area has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive check marks for being quick to release the pre-authorisation on check out. Only bit of constructive feedback I have is the blind in the room was a little stiff and difficult to move. However, I would still highly recommend staying at the Vincent.

We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice. In the evening we ate in the hotel restaurant. As a guest we had a 15% discount. The service was great and the food was tasty. We popped to the bar for a drink before heading back to our room. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss. The shower was powerful but it was over a small bath with high sides that you need to climb over. There is a grab rail and step but you need to be careful. There was a great selection of fresh food at breakfast. You can choose a full English if you want. There was also cereal, breads, pastries and fruits or you can choose items from the breakfast menu. We parked in an NCP car park at Southport Promenade which was about a 4 minute walk away. It was £4.95 for 24 hours when reserved on their app. We would definitely love to stay at The Vincent Hotel again.

Lovely hotel been coming for years since it opened. Restaurant is amazing and breakfast fantastic. Bar is lovely. Rooms need some investment , missing shower head, tap not working properly , small tv. Minor things but the hotel is fantastic just needs some tlc in the rooms

My preferred location in the North West. Rooms are nice, breakfast is fab. I’m not a fan of the reduced menu in the evening in favour of the small plates. Not a criticism, just an observation and my last stay I ate outside of the hotel on both nights.

Couldn't fault the hotel, excellent value for money. Great location too. Will definitely stay here again. It was spotless, the rooms big and had everything you need. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Lots of choice.

No water when arrived. No offer of a refund/discount. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms and the service is average. Rooms are fine.
