Carpets and floors need a deep cleaning. The interior halls wereso loud all night. People talking and slamming doors. Twice, the night of Oct 11, somebody was trying to push in my door. I reported this to the desk and was told they would mention it to management. I feel like management should have been called to the desk immediately. Also, the smoke detector was disabled. This was a one night stay on the way back from a 600 mile trip. It was a poor decision. Definitely not returning to such an unsafe place.

There was, what appeared to be, a solitary lo mein noodle in the corner of our room. We also didn’t have a trash can at all but other than that we were very happy with our stay

Room was not clean when arrived, had to be switch to another room. Light switch at door not working, then we were not brought any clean towels. Melanie at front desk told me to bring her dirty towels down before I could get clean towels. Then at checkout they charged us for dirty towels and pillowcases that were already stained when checked in. The worst experience I ever had with a room in my entire life. Totally disgusted

Not so good. Halls and rooms are bad and unclean. Breakfast left alot to be desired. Requested napkin/papertowels at breakfast. The desk clerk said we could maybe get some at 11;00. Breakfast over at 9??
