Rentoudu tässä 3. kerroksen parveke-sviitissä ja nauti upea merinäköala. Olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva, jossa on muistivaahtopatja ja 32 tuuman taulutelevisio. Uusi liukuva lasiovi mahdollistaa ihanan merinäköalan ja pitää merituulet melkoisen. Peilatut seinät antavat tilavamman ulkonäön ja laattalattiat tekevät yksiköstä helpon pitää puhtaana. Siellä on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on 4 polttoliesi ja uuni. Kylpyhuone parannettiin uudella turhamaisuus, peili ja kylpyamme kaakeloitu surround. Oma makuuhuone on kaunis beige ja queen-vuode. Kaapissa on peilatut ovet. Makuuhuoneessa on kattotuuletin sekä pieni 19 tuuman televisio. Tämä on rakennuksen pohjoisosassa ja sallii pienen lemmikin. PIENET lemmikkieläimet sallitaan
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Crescent Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja parvekkeen.

It was a comfortable, simple but sufficient, place to spend the week celebrating our 60th anniversary!The view is wonderful from the private balcony. The AC units were a bit loud and they need a larger frying pan, but the service was great and we loved it.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach woth great views. Small condo just big enough for the two of us. The only down side was the air conditioners were crazy noisy and the furniture was quite outdated and looked a bit dirty due to age.

Ocean view but not much else

We booked the room imagining a beach side condo. Upon arriving, we realized this wasn’t a private property at all. Instead it was an old beachfront motel from the 1940’s or 50’s. The bed was a double for 2 adults. The unit was not clean and the furniture was extremely soiled. The property was generally neglected and needed work. Billed as a pet friendly property, we were shocked when we were given a laundry list (literally 15+ bullets) on the rules for pets. The rules included not allowing pets on bedding or furniture. If your pet jumps on furniture, you were directed to ask for a set of sheets to cover the soiled, aged furnishings. We broke our reservation (which I will commend the front desk for being accommodating) and moved to a Marriott property. Upon checking out, we nearly got trapped in the elevator that was malfunctioning. The maintenance man admitted he had been trapped in it several times that week. If you have other options, avoid this property.

Nice long weekend stay

This condo at Beecher's Lodge faces the ocean and is a nice place for a few days stay. It is a good size for one couple. I would not put four people in this room as it is very small. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable which is very important to us. The furniture is old but the price reflects that. The view is the reason we rented this condo. The view from the balcony is great!

Didn’t want to leave!!

Loved our time in 331! It is small, but bigger than a hotel room. It has a balcony facing the beach where we watched the sunrise and ate breakfast every morning. The fridge wasn’t working the first night and the staff replaced it before leaving for the evening. Everyone was very attentive to our needs, especially Lisa and the front desk staff. We WILL be back! ❤️

Outdated furniture in living room area,not comfortable,but got a good insight from reviews.read after booking unfornutely.was ok for a 2 night stay but not more than that.we had our little dog with us,dog area very very tiny.pool small not enough chairs.not somewhere we would stay again.beach beautiful,good view just didnt like the place itself

1. Spectacular view only redeeming quality. 2. Furniture outdated and should be replaced; the sheets i used to cover them as requested were an upgrade. 3. Glassware very nice but the pans have seen better days-NEED REPLACING! 4. Tiles although white looked clean but we wore our shoes the entire stay otherwise our feet were black with dirt. 5. Pest control was scheduled during our stay which is very inconvenient as we were on vacation and our days planned out ahead of schedule so couldnt allow it as we had our pet- thats why we paid pet fee. Overall our stay was pleasant, staff were friendly and attentive, the condo is perfectly located close to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. I think tjis really could be a better condo with a refresh of the amenitees.

Great Weekend

This is a nice little condo to stay in. Had most of what we needed. As others have mentioned, bathroom is very tiny, but that can be worked around. I wish I had known it was a smoke free property before booking. You have to go behind the office to smoke. The beach is very nice and the pool was also enjoyable. I would consider staying again.

Crescent Beach

The beach was awesome. Not crowded, very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves. The condo needs some updating but it was comfortable enough although very small. Overall we had an enjoyable, relaxing time.

Good and Bad

Spectacular location with beautiful beach. Great staff. Great view. Everything in unit was OLD. Grout was filthy. No room in kitchen for foodstuffs. Decent mattress. Ok for SHORT stay. Unit needs updating and overall maintenance badly. Frying pan was disgusting. I think everything was purchased in second hand store 50 years ago. BUT the beachfront location made up for the grungy unit. I would be embarrassed to admit I owned it.

Review

Views of the beach were excellent. The room smelled a bit like mildew/sour and of bleach. The patio door is still scratched to the point its hard to see out of. Other reviews had noted this as well, and its still the same. A shame with such a beautiful location. Our room was not ready upon arrival. Wasn't a huge issue, but would have been nice. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Perfect view and great little town

We stayed at this condo while making a visit to St Augustine. Soon after arriving, we were impressed by the view from the condo and were reluctant to leave and wrestle with St. Augustine traffic and parking. It ended up being a nice, relaxing getaway that we did not expect. The town and beach at Crescent Beach were also nice and laid back.

Million dollar view.

A you can’t beat the price for the view and location. It’s a small condo but man the view makes up for everything. Staff was great and helpful. It’s clean. You are within walking distance of the beach and several good restaurants.
