Really enjoyed the hotel and location. Very close to the historic downtown. A 3 minute walk to the beach. A 2 minute walk to Publix and small shops. Will stay there again

The hot tub was cold the first night and the front desk said maintenance already went home. The safe in our room did not work. I left my watch charger in the room and they said they did not find it. Our air conditioner in the room rattled. Maintenance came up and said the vent cover was just loose and then it started rattling again at night and we had to shut it off. The lobby was freezing cold. Had to wear coat to eat breakfast. $16 a night for party was a little expensive!

Close to the beach. Room was not clean dust in corners, floor in the bathroom dirty; bathroom door dirty finger marks all over. Furniture had what looked like ink from a pen stains.

Vilano Beach Get-Away

The hotel was in a perfect location to get on the beach. The room we had was a balcony suite overlooking the ocean and park area. The pool and hot tub were also nice and private with some shaded areas. Breakfast was provided also. They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We plan to stay there again for a beach getaway. The historic district was just a couple of miles away, too.

Always a nice stay

This hotel is already great. We’ve stayed here a few times. The beach is less than a block away. Publix is across the street and it’s about 10 minutes from Saint Augustine. The rooms could use a little updating but other than that they were clean and really big. Definitely will stay here again.

Misleading Hotel Description and photos

Misleading description: I reserved this space specifically so that I could enjoy an ocean view, as shown in the photos. The view from my balcony was of a parking lot with 4 rows of cars, then some palm trees, the dunes, If I looked up to the left I could see a tiny slice of the ocean. While the hotel itself was great, I could have paid $100 less for the same thing on the interstate.

Overnight stay

Surprised by the parking fee of $19 daily. Should be made aware of it. Good location to the beach park, Publix and restaurants. The bathroom had rust and needed recaulked around shower pan. TOTALLY OUT OF SHAMPOO! Quality control needed. Otherwise, hot tub was hot and pool unheated. Nice stay.

Great location with large rooms. Didn't know you had to pay for parking though. $16 a night is kinda ridiculous for a already paying guest. Shower head is out dated and water pressure wasn't good. Also the walk in shower is very small. Had to shower sideways. Bed was very stiff as well. Other than that it was nice.

Charged $75.00 per night for our little non-shedding dog. No mention of that whatsoever on the Hotels.com app. Also extra $16 per day parking fee. Breakfast was awful. Gross super spicy chicken sausage & rubbery eggs with peppers in them.
