Not sure how this property is rated excellent, the bathroom and sheets were clean, but wallpaper in my room had multiple stains on it. The property is run down and could use a refresh. The heating and air unit did not have digital functionality to set to a specific temperature and when someone is walking in the room next to you or the hall I could feel the bed kind of bouncing. It was very reasonably priced, so I guess you get what you pay for

My bathroom was awful. And kept and nasty. It looked like it had not been taken care of since the 1970s. The windows were filthy, the microwave stand area was filthy and gooey, the carpets, when I walked on them with my socks, made my socks dirty, and when I put the towel on the floor in the bathroom after showering, that towel is dirty underneath.

My bathroom area is awful. It was dirty on the floor dirty all around. The sheet rock was awful and it just looked like it was rundown and not taken care of since the 70s. The microwave area had gooey stuff all over it. The windows were filthy. Just not clean

Room and bathroom were clean and quiet with a nice size bed and a couch. Facilities were nice including breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym room was clean and well-ventilated and had towels and water. Some shopping next door was handy for hiking supplies at Dicks for upcoming Zion visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Checked in about 11:30 pm and the desk clerk checked us into the wrong room and asked us to come back to the front desk. After getting to the right room, the desk called about an hour later to tell us we needed to sign the paperwork. This was after 1:00 am and we had been asleep for over an hour. He ended up coming to the door and sliding the paperwork under the door. Then he called very early in the morning to remind us not to return the paperwork. Not a very restful night to say the least.
