My stay was outstanding. I was really not expecting how great the front desk staff was very helpful and went beyond to make my stay wonderful. Thank you for that. The room was not what I expected for the price. Very big and very clean. The only thing I disagree with. Is the mandatory $20 housekeeping fee for staying more than one night. Besides that my stay was great. I will mostly be back

The room was neglected. In the 5 nights we stayed there, they only came in once. We left towels on the floor one morning because we needed new towels (family of 5 and only were given 4 towels), and came back late that night to our room not being taken care of, wet towels still on the floor, and the room was SO stinky. The pool was nasty and neglected (literally the water looked cloudy). The breakfast was sub par. Would not recommend.

Our room was never cleaned for our whole stay. They never brought new towels or emptied our garbage. I had to do it all. When we brought it up to the staff they were rude about it. Tried to get with the manager and they were only available a couple hours and I could never get with them.

The property is a two-story building with rooms directly connected to the driveway. Parking is limited and it was difficult to find a spot near our room. The indoor lighting was extremely uncomfortable due to a large fluorescent lamp. The indoor swimming pool is quite small (not similar to what we were thinking from the photos) and it is visible from the parking lot, so if you value privacy, this is not the place for you. As soon as we stepped in the room, we noticed the toilet flush was not working, and despite calling the front desk, no one was sent to fix it. Given that we paid over $500 for two nights, we were extremely dissatisfied and asked about receiving a full refund so we could move to a hotel of similar price but Expedia required approval from the hotel manager. That request was initially denied. Because of the chaotic environment and the issues we experienced, we asked to speak directly with the manager. The receptionist was extremely rude, refused to let us speak to the manager. We are, however, grateful to the manager who eventually came out and agreed to issue a full refund. The contrast between the two experiences was night and day
