Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. We went for spring training baseball the property was like 20 minutes from ballpark, 5 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and maybe 20 to Clearwater Beach. There is also tons of stuff in the immediate area of the home. Shopping, coffee, more bars and restaurants. Super easy to get whatever you need or want. Communication with property owner was great and he was super responsive. Great experience.

Our party could not have been more delighted with our stay! We were two families with a total of 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking up breakfast or a feast. And, of course, the pool was the absolute highlight. Our kids were in it 3-4 times each day and could not have had more fun. We were 5 - 15 minutes from the beach, awesome seafood restaurants, the botanical garden, and great playgrounds. Rcik was an excellent host. A breeze to communicate with and incredibly informative. Loved staying here and can't wait to go back!

Golf trip

The overall property and stay were great. The only thing is the 4th bedroom was not as expected but was not a problem. The location being 1.5 miles from IRB was fantastic, and also central to Publix and other shops. Would definitely rent again.

This is very nice house with a wonderful lanai and pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It is maintained by a wonderful property manager by the name of Rick Boureau who was incredibly responsive to our every request and very personable as well.

This house was really perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, was in a quiet and safe location, and the pool was amazing! Rick was a very accommodating host. The house met all our expectations: clean, neat, organized, open floor plan with great family meeting space, and accurate and timely instructions! A TV in every room. Great family time

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. Very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful pool. Loved that it had everything needed for the pool and beach. Convenient location to stores and a very quick drive to the beach.
