EXCELLENT location close to Clearwater beach within less than a mile of pier 60 and several dining and shopping options! Plenty of space to park in their parking lot! Excellent price considered how accessible it is to everything there is to see in Clearwater! The pool overlooks the water, and the staff was very friendly. Only drawback is that rooms are a bit small and outdated, but still have all of the amenities you would expect from a hotel stay. Would highly recommend this property if you’re not a boujee traveler and don’t mind keeping it simple!

Everything was great. Rusty closet doors in the bathroom do to the lack of a working ceiling fan/vent . One giant cockroach but it’s Florida. ☺️

The property was still recovering from the storms. The pool wasn’t heated and the elevator wasn’t working. I will stay again in the summer months in hopes that things will be back to normal.

The pillows were awful. Half the size of a standard pillow with barely any stuffing. When asked for decent pillow, told all the pillows were the same. Walked around for 2 days with a stiff neck. Otherwise OK. Not worth what we paid.

There was no toilet paper hold in the room, and when asked at the front desk, all I got was attitude. The person at the front desk insisted that the room was just renovated and it had been missed. With attitude he said he would have someone install one. It never happened.... he continued to insist that re room was just renovated. The paint was chipping off the bathtub, chipped tiles in the main room, grey electrical tape holding tubing on the wall, and the privacy lock on the door did not work. All being said, I did not go on vacation to argue with someone who clearly did not know what he was speaking to. I have been to Clearwater Hotel many times and it staff and experience have always been great. I was very disappointed this time
