Check in was easy with really nice staff. Hot tub was nice. Pool was cold but it is November. Breakfast was good, hot. Sausage gravy and biscuits our first morning. View of the gulf. King room was spacious with walk in shower.

The TV remotes were bad and after 3 attempts we got one to work but no tv guide, etc. Accessing internet was very difficult. The hardest part was zero hot water for showers. The general manager was not apologetic or helpful in the least. The night manager at least tried to help us but senior management didn't really have any customer service skills and was quite rude.

While we liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was no carpet in the room, we had a couple of issues. The air condition was so noisy (think truck running through bedroom) that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Unidentifiable eggs with absolutely no taste, soft sausages, stale and dry bagels, cheapest toast, cheap yogurt (with plenty of unhealthy additives) etc etc. Next time we would just skip breakfast entirely and go somewhere else. Staff were very friendly and always there to help, kudos to all employees!

The rooms are newly renovated, and offer a ton of space! The breakfast was fresh and had real food choices! The beds are soft and the hotel was very clean! Great experience with the staff all were very nice!

The hotel was in a good location since we spent time in Dunedin and Clearwater. The room/bed were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast- the woman who was over keeping everything supplied did a great job. Front desk was great. They don’t supply any body wash, only soap. Weird. The pool was ok- small and not extremely clean. Hot tub was not clean and smelled incredibly of chlorine.
