The room was pretty dingy - rust in the shower, stains on the sheets, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was safe and close to the Phillies' spring ballpark and an incredible diner. A comfortable reasonably priced place to stay. The maintenance staff was awesome. Had a problem with the refrigerator. By the time I got back to my room from the front desk they were waiting with a new one.
