ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LOCATION ON CLEARWATER BEACH. Private cottage with two outdoor seating areas. 44 paces to the beautiful combed white powder sugar sands of Clearwater Beach island. View the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico ocean and watch the sunsets from the enclosed front room of the house or sit on the terrace for a panorama. Watch beautiful sunsets from the front terrace or from the dinning room table. WE HAVE NETFLIX AND HULU.
This sunny light filled cozy detached private beach house with central air conditioning and heating accommodates 2 to 6 persons. The quoted price is for one to four persons. Persons five and six incur an extra charge of $35 per night. 3 sleeping areas. 1. Master bedroom with king-size bed with private master bathroom; 2. second bedroom with queen-size bed and 3. front room with queen-size sleeper sofa. Second bathroom with double sink for sleeping areas 2 and 3. . For toddlers we have a pack and play bassinet. We provide a cooler for your beach picnics, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Fully equipped brand new kitchen with granite counter top. Utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toastee, blender, can opener, cork screw are all in the cottage. Entire flooring of Turkish marble. Marble walk in showers in both bathrooms.

Built in the 1920s, extensively modernized, marble flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with marble showers, modern kitchen with granite counter top, side by side refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, kitchen bar, open living room with swivel mounted 55” TV with Netflix, Amazon, Free TV. Decorative fireplace mantle. Built in washer and dryer.

There are two outside dining areas and free off street parking that will accommodate an RV and car or two cars tandem and one public parking in front. Beach parking can cost up to $25 per day, so this is a great savings by renting this particular beach house.

Close to restaurants and evening entertainment festivities at Pier 60. Hike north along the beach to reach Caladesi Island, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the East Coast of Florida.
You may find something cheaper on the mainland or on a canal, but here you are on the beach. No stress in fighting beach traffic, finding a parking place, paying a parking fee up to $25 per day, packing up, then doing the same thing day after day. In case of rain, it is only a one minute walk back to the house.
By the way, the house is very near the location of the Warner Brothers movie, Winter, the Dolphin Tale, starring Morgan Freeman.  The dolphin can be seen at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, 5 minutes from the house.  Here is a link:

If you like to hike, walk north along the beach to Caladesi Island State Park, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the Gulf of Mexico. It takes a little over an hour, past the beach mansions. Caladesi Island is now joined with Clearwater Island although some maps still show the two separated. There are nature trails on the Island which has a forest ranger station and three climatic zones: a palmetto forest, a pine forest and a hammock canopy. Being a native Floridian, this "old Florida" neighborhood, appealed to me. This cottage built perhaps in the early 20s has been lovingly and carefully updated and modernized. Everything works perfectly!!It is a short walk to the beach, I did not count the steps. The owner and management staff were extremely responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable. It also was well equipped with any-and-everything one could need. Nice gas grill, beach chairs and towels and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Walter was a very good communicator, he answered all my questions in a timely matter. The house was located right next to the beach. The only negative was the house had alot of bugs inside of it when we checked in. They were dead but we had to sweep up the floor. The Keurig died. Other then that it was a great stay. Cute house.

We had an amazing vacation! The home was cozy, very clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Perfect location with shopping and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio, spending the day on the beautiful, quieter beach with a perfect sunset every night. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy, cozy, clean cottage. Very clean! Only one wash cloth per person for the week though.The cottage is not as close to the "beach" as described. It took me on hundred steps to get from the end of the driveway to the sand. Then you have work your way around a dune and a long walk to get to the beach. You can actually see the water from the front yard if there are no parked cars blocking the view.The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! You cannot beat the fenced in front patio, we fell in love with the artificial turf and spent all of our time out front when we were not actually on the beach enjoying the beautiful patio table and lounge chairs.The kitchen is set up nicely, the grill was okay, everything worked. I would secure the blinds to the front door so they do not clang and bang when using the door especially since there is a day bed within arms reach of the door.We will mark this property as a keeper for future stays. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing property located in the best part of Clearwater beach. Quiet street with quick access to beach, town, and restaurants. The best part of the property is a front lawn with fake grass, tables and lounge chairs that allows you to relax before the beach and after the beach. Sunsets are incredible and the beach is very large. Coffee and creamers were a nice touch as well as a full kitchen. TVs do not have cable and only offer streaming apps so be prepared to watch sports and local channels on your own devices. Adding a cable service would make the property even better for us sports enthusiasts. House was bigger than we expected with nuce size bedrooms and a comfortable day bed. It will be hard to stay in a hotel in Clearwater after this experience.

There was an initial hiccup when we first arrived but the owner went above and beyond to make it right and we very much appreciated that. Location was perfect! Near the shops and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Steps from a gorgeous beach to watch the amazing sunsets.

Nice cottage with everything you may need. Very clean. Mary was super helpful when TV remote didn't work. Very nice short walk to beach. Beach to south was best because more private beach and not so crowded. Found lots of nice shells and sand dollars. Would stay here again and recommend.

My wife and I booked this property the first of the year. Our main question we had was did it get any hurricane damage. They response was no. Upon arrival, in the pouring rain, we were given a code from owner that did not work.After the manager got us in it had a incredible musty smell. It was dirty so my wife cleaned it including washing the sheets because they were full of sand. The amenities are incorrect and need to be updated. We only got 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom for a 6 day stay.Unfortunately, it was the worst experience we have had in renti g throogh VRBO. The kitchen was new and nice but the front and side door was so old and warped they could have been kicked in. It also advertised free smart tv channels. This was true in the living room but you had to pay in the bedroom. This whole place needed renovations for the price that was charged. I could go on and on. So sad it rained and we were stuck in this old place for days. The manager Mary was wonderful but we strong do not recommend this place until it is updated including a health dept. Paper saying it isnt full of mold. We love Clearwater but will not return for awhile due to our experience. We give this cottage no more than 1 star and that is for the great manager Mary.

My family and I arrived on Friday after spending a week in Orlando and I must say…. It was exactly what we needed! Very clean, spacious home that we could easily relax in. The beach is literally a 20 second walk and that part of the beach is calm and relaxing without people sitting on top of you. My son and I played baseball on the beach with plenty of room to spare. They also provide all the amenities you need to relax at the beach. No need to bring your own! This place is a must stay. The ease of checking in and out was great. There’s a couple ceiling fans that need balancing and the driveway needs to be cut back so you can get in and out of your car but those things were just not all that important in the end. If you want somewhere to really relax and enjoy your time, this is the place.
