This family friendly, multi-level house sits directly on the Gulf and offers plenty of space to relax and get away, both indoors and out. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, stunning Gulf views, easy direct beach access, private pool and spa.



The Space:

Sunshine’s Hideaway offered by Beach Time Rentals



This spacious vacation home features a very unique layout, catering to large families, multi-family gatherings, and reunions. This is one of the most booked properties we currently offer.



Our beach house accommodates 14 guests, making it the perfect location for a large family vacation. Sunshine’s Hideaway is a warm and comfortable home away from home.



From the moment you arrive, you'll be mesmerized by the wonderful appointments, furnishings, amenities and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The home has 3500 sf under A/C with more than 4000 sf of living space including beachfront decks.



Our Sunshine’s Hideaway vacation home is composed of 3 units all in one home allowing families to be together, but have their own privacy.



The ground level consists of the first unit (Unit A) which features a studio with a Queen bed, a Sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with Hulu. It also features a kitchen and a dining area and shower in the bathroom. Easy access to the pool as well.



The second level consists of the second unit (Unit B) and the third unit (Unit C).



The second unit (Unit B) is located on the north side of the house. This unit features two bedrooms and one full size bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 Full beds and the second bedroom has a Full bed with a small TV for DVD movies. This unit accommodates 6 guests total. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, TV with Hulu, all while you enjoy beach views.



The third unit (Unit C) is located on the south side of the house and has two levels. The second level has one bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom and a second bedroom (main suite) with a Queen bed and private bathroom on the third level. Savor the view of the dazzling water and powder white beaches from your Main bedroom, the living and dining rooms. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, sit out on the balcony and breathe in the Gulf air. The living room, dining area and full kitchen are located on the second level. Access to this unit is available from the ground level and also from the large balcony on the second level.



This beach house has everything needed to make your stay comfortable and entertaining!



Our Sunshine’s Hideaway beach house features two large balconies, one on the second level and a small one on the third level off of the Main Suite. Sit out on one of the large balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and savor the breathtaking view as the waves slowly roll onto the shore.



All units are bright, spacious and have an open floor plan. You can enjoy the Gulf views from the living, dining and kitchen areas of all three units.



Have a family cookout on the private grill on the large patio. Walk down to the beach and soak up some Florida sunshine. There is no better place to spend your vacation than in a beach home in Indian Rocks Beach.



This Beachfront Home has a magnificent Pool. Tiki Hut with lights makes every meal feel like a party. Barbecue grill available for outdoor cooking.



Spacious decks with unimpeded views of the Gulf surround each unit, providing private outdoor eating areas with a choice of sun or shade. Plenty of indoor lounging areas designed for great TV viewing and entertaining. Everything you need in the way of bedding, linens and appliances.



Important details:

- 3 parking spaces available.

- A jacuzzi/hot tub is not available and is only a spillover.

- Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Oct-Apr.



Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

We had the best week with our family in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs (3 families) and the location was ideal. Walkable to many restaurants and ice cream shops. The 5 kids lived in the pool and loved to proximity to the beach. Highly recommend this house to anyone!

Outside area was fantastic with direct beach access along with plenty of patio and deck space. The weather was not ideal, but it was January. The interior could use some fixing up, but it was nice to have separate units. It had plenty of space and cooking utensils. However, the other amenities are limited, and I would not recommend using the pool heat. It was warm when we arrived then got cooler each day of our stay. Overall, I would recommend the place with these comments in mind.

We had an excellent time staying here. The location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. The pool and beach access are amazing. The house has three separate kitchen and living areas. Fantastic family fun

We had five wonderful days. The location is great, close to ice cream, casual dining and gift shops. Being right on the beach was very special. And the house is large enough to accommodate us all (12,) without being overcrowded and allowing for privacy when needed. We have rented many houses and this was by far the cleanest and best equipped. We’re looking forward to another week in the future.

Family Girls’ Trip

My sisters and I and our adult daughters had a lovely vacation at Sunshine Hideaway. While it’s not fancy, the setup is perfect. There were 8 of us, and that was plenty. Unless you’re sharing beds, 14 would be tight. Being just steps from the beach is fabulous. We had a blast!
