Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend. A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay. We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay. We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air. Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos. This condo has GORGEOUS views of the water! Your corner balcony has windows that look east & north toward the intracoastal waterway. During the day you see the boats & dolphins, at night you see the lights sparkling off the waters.
You have your own private door, with a private entrance to your private condo. There's an elevator that goes to all 4 floors, as well as stairs.

The gated pool is heated during cooler months. Just outside the pool area is a charcoal BBQ grill and a bike rack. You have 1 assigned FREE parking space with additional street parking available. There's a coin operated washer and dryer in the building.
Located in a quiet residential area at the South Point of Clearwater Beach Island, this beautiful condo is far from the chaos but close enough to walk there. No need to leave the island, most everything is walking distance. You're a 10-15 minute walk from the white sands of Clearwater Beach. There are bicycle rental services, fishing, swimming, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, boating, jet skis, parasailing, Clearwater Aquarium (Winter & Hope’s home), indoor surfing inside SurfStyle shop down the street.
We supply you with cooking utensils, pots, pans, skillets, lids, Tupperware type containers with lids, large serving bowls, plates, bowls, cups for coffee/tea, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cutting boards, strainer, can opener, eating utensils and other misc items that a kitchen normally would have. There's also soft & bendable children's plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils.
There is a two-burner electric stovetop, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, a Keurig, tea kettle, a standard size refrigerator/freezer, toaster & blender.
We have 3 bed types & sizes. The main bed is a King size. The mattress & all 8 king-size bed pillows are fully encased for your health, safety & protection. The fully zippered encasements are waterproof, bug proof, hypoallergenic, quiet & breathable. We make the bed with freshly washed sheets, a bedspread & 4 king pillows.
The 2nd bed is a futon, twin size. Can sleep 1 average size adult or 2 small children.
The 3rd bed is a love seat that folds out onto the floor to make a single size child's bed. All extra sheets & comforters are hidden under the brown leather ottoman. Perfect size for children. There's 3 extra pillows in the closet or grey ottoman.
