One block to beach and close proximity to the pier and village! This 1930's beach cottage has been received a complete makeover (including an addition) and has been professionally by the best architect who typically designs multi-million dollar homes on Sea Island.

THE SPACE This home has a lot of character! Original wood work, hardwood floors and close proximity to the beach.
Other amenities: Outside shower, outdoor bar and and grill area complete the main house.
The pool is also new and in a garden oasis - 12 x 18, 5 1/2 FT deep end 3 1/2 FT shallow end. You can optionally have the pool heated with a daily fee, useful for early spring or late fall. The pool is for your private use.
There is a one bedroom guest cottage that may be rented with the property. Otherwise, it is rented separately by other guest. Use of the pool is not shared with the guest cottage.
This convenient cottage is close to everything near the beach and pier/village where you will enjoy local shops and restaurants which feature some of the finest Georgia seafood! Note the guest cottage does not have access to the pool, its for your private use, unless the guest cottage is rented with the main house.
The interior offers a very comfy and open large living room / dining room, open to the kitchen with a ton of windows which bath the house in natural light. Enjoy your mornings and evenings relaxing on the glass enclosed, air conditioned porch.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
