Winter Wonderland

Beautiful secluded cabin as advertised. Perfect for two and room for kids with the loft. Very convienent having washer and dryer and made much use of hot tub watching the snow blow around. So close to all of the Stowe winter activities. Plan to be back for a summer trip on day.

Cutest cabin!

Loved staying here for the weekend! The snow falling in the hot tub made it magical. Martin even brought us dry wood for a winter bonfire which was amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends!!

Beautiful, quiet, private, great hosts!

Wanted to re-experience our Stowe honeymoon for our 10 year anniversary in a more comfortable well appointed private home. The sugar haus delivered that perfectly! The house itself is clean and modern with every appliance or utensil you will need . The hosts were very responsive and helpful. A quick drive to Stowe if desired but far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and avoid all the traffic as well. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot.

Perfect spot if you just want to get away!

The "Sugar Haus" is simply fantastic. It is super clean and has everything you need and want. The host is super at tentative if you need anything. The area is absolutely stunning. There is plenty to do if you want to and tons of beautiful nature if you just want to get away.

Our recent stay at this charming vacation rental left us thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the seamless check-in process set the tone for a relaxing escape. The inviting hot tub, where we soaked away our cares under the star-studded Vermont sky. And let’s talk about amenities—this place has it all. Whether it’s the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the cozy loft with games and vaulted ceilings, or the wraparound deck offering serene forest views, these hosts have thought of everything. What truly stood out to us was the attention to detail. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully labeled or accompanied by clear instructions. It made settling in a breeze, and we appreciated not having to guess how things worked. The drive to Stowe felt shorter than 15 minutes on the local roads, and if you’re looking for things to do closer to home, Morrisville offers plenty. Beautiful location and fabulous cozy and romantic getaway. Martin was very responsive and everything was top notch. We were close to so many fabulous restaurants and shops. I do wish the driveway and street were sanded or salted. They were a little scary to navigate at night.

Wonderful Getaway!

My daughter and I went for a quick girls' getaway. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was so cozy and relaxing with the fireplace and comfy sofa. It had plenty of room for both of us and many extras. The kitchen was fully stocked and the whole house was immaculate. We enjoyed the hot tub and the yard was private and beautiful. The owner, Martin, is a super nice guy and was available if needed. We are planning to make this home part of an annual event!!

The perfect Honeymoon

Great place for a Vermont getaway!

What an awesome place to go for a visit to Vermont! My girlfriend, son and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. The property is exactly as advertised and set on a beautiful piece of property. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, watching the stars in the hot tub and cooking some wonderful meals in the well appointed kitchen. Martin was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to all questions. He also greeted us on our arrival with some great tips on nearby breweries. We had a lot of fun and would highly recommend staying at Sugarhaus. Thanks again Martin!

Little gem in the woods

This was absolutely the most perfect little house in the woods that felt so private with trees to look out at while you soaked in the hottub and excellent design choices inside that made the house feel perfect in every way. I felt so comfortable there, it is exactly how I would have designed a little cabin if we had a vacation home - the whole family was so , so sad to leave…. I’m not sure how to translate my hands waving in exclamation into words to describe just how in love we are with this little sugar haus but, we will FOR SURE be back ❤️❤️

Perfect anniversary escape

Impeccable. Comfortable. Beautiful. Every detail exactly how you would like it. From the super & enormous comfortable bed to the completely outfitted kitchen to the gorgeous bathroom. It was FREEZING outside, but cozy warm inside. The hot tub was clean and easy to use and so nice after a long day on the slopes. We arrived after nearly a foot of snow, and the road, driveway, and deck were plowed/shoveled. Martin checked in to make sure we had everything we needed & responded right away when we had a question. Thank you for a wonderful vacation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We hope to be back some day.

Leaves, Milky Way and Meteor Shower

The cabin was gorgeous! It was really well done. Loved exploring and seeing all the fall foliage all day and coming home to a huge shower, comfy bed and hot tub. Sat in the hot tub looking at the stars and could see the Milky Way! Last night there we were able to watch a meteor shower. Would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend.

Cozy cabin paradise

Everything about this cabin was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and there are some trails that you can explore right outside the door. The fire pit was an excellent way to end the night along with the amazing hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer but hope to be back soon. One of the best places we have stayed in the last 10 yeasts.

Dream Cabin getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a stay at the Sugarhaus. It was the perfect location for a romantic getaway. The house is adorable--cozy, with all the modern amenities. We loved the gas fireplace for warming our feet after skiing or snow shoe-ing. The owner was so helpful, even putting down extra sand on the road to help us get up with our non-4WD vehicle. We would DEFINITELY recommend the Sugarhaus. We will definitely be back!

I can go on and on about why you should stay here. Very cozy house with all the a amenities and new appliances. Very clean and owners were just a call away if we had any concerns. We will be booking this house again in the future.
