There was nothing about this hotel that would ever make me book another room there! Construction all over, tvs didnt work, air conditioner barely worked..had no other rooms avaliable to move too.used condom on the floor. Drugs and crackheads walking around. Men walking around so drunk one almost fell off the balcony. Another one tried to fight me as im trying to get into my hotel room. Everything was a nightmare! Definitely do not recommend at all! And i wish i was exaggerating.

When we pulled up to the property, the building and grounds were in disrepair. The desk clerk informed me that the TVs were out and the pool was broken. We booked a different room, losing the discount from the package.

Worst stay ever

This motel was horrible they have bugs in their rooms they don't have working TVs and all their rooms they have drug addicts that steal from you outside of the motel rooms they have crappy service crappy food for the breakfast they say they have and their coffee sucks their toilets don't work their beds fall apart they have stained sheets no ice machine flashing lights and the entryway so if you have seizures I would suggest you not go I would suggest not going at all to this motel

Booked online and paid , when got there they said they didn't have any rooms available so they cancelled and issued a refund. It's been a week and haven't gotten anything , so called up there and apparently one of the workers we're canceling the rooms and keeping the money ! AWFUL !!

I made a reservation, they canceled then still took my money. Horrendous! Horrible! I paid the $4.50 fee to make sure I was able to get my money back & I had to file a claim & pray I get my money back. The lobby was filthy anyway. Couldn't get anyone at the front desk to confirm my reservation. Nobody would answer a phone so we could confirm. Days Inn by Marriott in Sulphur Louisiana is a joke. It's straight trash. We had to get a room elsewhere and looking back, I'm so glad. I really hope that they will refund me because that's serious bull. especially since i had all the information I needed and it was confirmed through the booking site. Absolutely ZERO STARS. Absolutely NO BROWNIE POINTS. Even a zero is too much of a score.

The front desk lady was super sweet and accommodating. 0/0 would not recommend. The bed had stains and the room was rundown and gross. The bathroom even had another persons trash on the floor and pubes on the towels. Once I got into the bed I just kept feeling things crawling on me. They have a sign which states if you leave for any reason they keep the $75 “deposit” probably how they make money because in person it’s awful.

This place was awful. I walked in and immediately said, I will it feel safe staying here. The place was dirty, falling apart and there was open food in the tables in the lobby, no cars or guests in the parking lot and a hand written sign in the counter that said be back in 10 min or for assistance call XXX. I immediately called Expedia and expressed my concerns but only received a partial refund even though I did not stay on that property.
