One of the best hotels we have stayed in . Modern , spotless, cookies by the coffee carafes in the lobby , very nice , quiet and comfortable rooms. A breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon ,cereals, fresh fruit and of course the iconic waffles . Desk staff and housekeeping all friendly and helpful.

Booking upstairs rooms with children

My only complaint was they booked the room above me with a family with kids. They ran back and forth across the room until 10:30 pm. Then started again at 4:30 I ended up getting up and leaving because of the noise

The room was ok, staff friendly and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they prepared a to-go breakfast bag that had a moldy muffin. There was no shower curtain in the room, they brought us one but we had to install ourselves.

Very pleasant place

Very comfortable 2- night stay. Very good breakfast with lots of options including fresh berries. Accomodating staff gave us an extra chair and extra blankets. Fridge and microwave were helpful too.

Not dog friendly

They say they are dog friendly and nowhere on the booking site I used did it say there would be a $250 charge if your dog slept on the bed!! That is not dog friendly
