Arranged and paid for late checkout (4pm instead of 11am) after a long flight with a long layover. Put the do not disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping woke me up at 9.30am to try hustle me out of the room, then again at 3.15pm. Room and location are great but the aggressiveness to move you on - and being woken up twice - was rude and unprofessional given the $150 I was charged.

Expected a more modest ambiance as an airport hotel. Extremely clean, easy check k in with self designated rooms via lobby kiosk. Generous size room, especially the bathroom, completely with large shower stall. A five minite walk to the international terminal was a plus albeit a shuttle based hotel might put you closer to your departing airline.

Very conveniently located but no easy way to get food from restaurants outside of those located in the hotel building itself. Uber Eats and other apps didn't seem to operate in the area.

When booking they should make you aware that their parking is airport parking . Then you can adjust your parking at the international airport and not be hit with bigger bill!

I like that it was right by the airport and the airport has the BEST coffee shops ever. No coffee maker on room and the front desk clerk tried to upgrade me for $50/night to nothing much I said no. Tried to get me to buy the breakfast buffet - I said no. Not the cleanest room but I guess it was close to the airport and the train so it worked. Note - domestic airport is a train ride away and it costs $10.00 to get there.

When i checked in, i received 2 key cards, i put 1 in for power, when i couldn't find WIFI password, i tried reception; but no answer, so i went down to reception; luckily i tried my card before i left - didn't work.
