The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent. It was very luxurious which was unexpected. The gym could use an upgrade and the laundry service was way too pricey. Otherwise, the room was stellar and was in the best possible location. I will definitely stay here when in Sydney and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Our room had no water pressure,it was very hard having a shower.After the first night we complained to staff,and they sent an Engineer to look at the situation, after the night out we got back to the hotel and they said that the problem was solved Only to find out that the next morning the problem was still there nothing resolved. And then they gave us another room.
