Our flight was delayed and when I called to make the hotel aware we would be checking in after midnight, the receptionist was understanding, polite, and helpful. Overall, it was a very quick sleep and go visit, but we would absolutely recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle to future Syracuse travelers!

Great experience!

Great location just 12 minutes from the airport. Staff was pleasant, service was great, the cleanliness was great and very comfortable room. Breakfast was good and started nice and early to allow us to eat before heading to the airport. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff but some disappointments

Room at first glance looked fresh and clean and for the most part it was. Curtains were dingy and terribly wrinkled. Hair on bathroom floor, TV remote didn't align with what channel was, room was rather warm, but hallways were awfully hot Cereals were mixed (and stale) in hopper. Peanut butter was so old oil popped out container and onto my blouse. Only trix yogurt, coffee tasted instant

Sleep in your car!

Room in poor condition, bathroom door would not shut. Room was not cleaned nor was the bed made (did get clean towels only) We asked for a handicap room and was denied. the room we were given was on an upper hall at the VERY END of the Hallway. The mattress needed to be replaced. Felt like a water bed.
