We arrived and the staff told us there was no wi-fi and that and we could stay at their sister property across the street. (We needed wifi for business--not just entertainment.) When Expedia tried to get our money back, the hotel would not do it so we ended up losing the cost of the room.

The photos didn't show where the whirlpool tub was, it was in the bathroom not in the room, big florescent lighting, couldn't have the blinds open at all due to no privacy, the handle came off for the tubs hot water, no bubble bath, not a great relaxing vibe for what I paid honestly

Room was clean, food was great. Pool was also clean. The only issue was the pull out bed had stains so we were unable to use it but once we informed the staff they accommodated us and gave us one of our breakfast meals for free due to the inconvenience! The waitress / host during the morning breakfast was also an absolute sweetheart! Would recommend and very family friendly!

The TV service in the room is a little outdated compared to other places I've stayed, (no channel guide, no streaming apps), but everything else during the stay was perfect. They did tell me that they are going to be doing a TV service upgrade though.
