Clean room with clean floors! The bathroom was spotless. It’s a 60’s era motel updated with a modern shower, sink and toilet. The room has a varnished wood lath ceiling — very safe place to stay, close to universities and FL Memorial Hospital. Courteous and friendly management.

Property is very aged. Bed was good, rest of the furniture was beat up. No amenities at this hotel - zero. No breakfast, no coffee even at 7 AM. Don't bring your spouse here. Free parking, a solid bed, shower - that is the only positives about this place. Way overpriced for what you get.

Pros: Clean room, upgraded bathroom, AC worked great, Ample parking. Wooden floor, semi comfortable bed. Great price so not having breakfast provided was OK. Cons: No breakfast, Dingy old bathroom washcloth, bath mat and one of the 2 towels provided. Glad we travelled with our own. Comforter was stiff and uncomfortable. Non-working hair dryer and storage drawers were a disaster in not closing or opening properly.
