The pool was closed for most of the day, the gym had no A/C, it was very warm in there and the Keurig in the room wasn't working so I had to leave the hotel to get coffee in the afternoon. Besides these, everything else was fine.

I Very unhappy with the pool being empty and broke. I was looking forward to using that amenity. I would have liked to have been informed earlier in a phone call or email that it was down and unusable and be offered a room in a different establishment nearby. I would expect to be refunded or at the least heavily discounted. Thank you.

Everyone was great, very clean, quiet, didn’t eat breakfast but they charged us, they then fixed the bill after I called. Loved the room very spacious. Your add a photo wouldn’t work.

We had to get up at 3 am to catch a flight from Tampa…there was NO hot water to take a shower….its the little things that one needs at such an ungodly hour to make traveling acceptable! Truly!
