I had a pleasant stay there and the room was nice and clean blow. Dryer did not work and they got a new one, but nobody came and put it up. Somebody’s dog was barking at 3:10 in the morning and could not get that dog to stop barking, but other than that, it was a nice pleasant place. Peyton was most helpful. He was so pleasant and helping me.

Romm was nasty and they changed the room but why offer that room to begin with? Staff was rude about it. The floors were filthy meaning when you walked on them your feet turned black!!! The bathroom was nasty. Elevator out of service also.

I booked with this property online and accidentally booked for the wrong date. I reached out as soon as I realized my mistake, explained what happened and was told that my booking was a no refund booking. There were no rooms available for the date I actually needed therefore I lost the almost $150 it cost to book the original room. Terrible customer service!

After 15 hours on the road I had to deal with a condescending desk clerk who made comments about our service dog to another customer that people with these service dogs do that so they don't have to pay extra,she has a dog and she pays his way. Then she says well I'll have to give you a different room then. When we went into the room the smell was almost toxic,but at least the sheets were clean,very dim lighting probably so you could not see how filthy the floor was. Would not recommend this so called pet friendly hotel to anyone including people without pets .
