We've stayed at several Red Roof Inn hotels in our travels because we can take our fur babies. This one by far was the last taken care of. The linens were clean but dingy and old. It was suppose to be a non smoking room, however there were cigarette burns in the linen and the one chair in the room. The flooring in the bathroom was loose abs gaping. Sheriff's deputies visited a few times as well and not to mention the contract high from the smells. Not a place I will stay again. I have it a 2 because we had a pets with us due to an emergent issue with our home. Nope!
It was a horrible stay! We got 2 rooms. The rooms are roach infested. I saw 4 of them in 1 room and 3 in the other and I’m sure there were more. When I told the clerk in the lobby, 1 room the only partially refunded and the other room they claimed they couldn’t refund since we booked thru a 3rd party. The area was not nice. It was basically “in the cut” would never recommend staying there !
I travel for work, and stay at some not great places, this was the worst. Bugs everywhere, brown gunk on box spring. Room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Only stayed for about an hour before I checked out.

Hotel room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Lack of shampoo and lack of coffee in the morning are negatives.

Check-in was delayed slightly due to the clerk being out of the office for about 10 minutes. The room was clean but the condition of the room was terrible. If your looking for an economic place to stay this is it but the bath tub was corroding as there were rust spots on the inside and outside, the walls were damaged but someone in maintenance threw some putty over the damage. The toilet didn't flush well and it used enormous amounts of water to flush. The room was quiet and there was ample parking. Bottom line this hotel/motel is on his last legs. Red roof should really build a new motel/hotel in the area.
Room was dirty. First room had stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood. The walls was covered in dirt. The bathroom toilet backed up into the shower to the point I couldn't take a shower. The heater was on when I walked in. I switched to a room that was a little better but not by much. Ac leaked. Chair has burn holes in it. When I asked to get a refund the desk asked if I had used the room ie sat on the bed used towels or moved anything. I said yes and they said sorry we can't give you a refund and this is the only room open. I was better off sleeping in my car if I felt safe out there. I have pictures of all of this but it won't let me upload them here.
Room was not very impressive. Flooring was warped and large gaps in the bathroom. All the light fixtures had dead Flys in them. Not worth the money they get for the room we were in. The online pictures make the place look pretty nice but just not the case.

The property was dated and fixtures were dusty. It was apparent that the fixtures were older or installed with the minimal oversight to contractors. The space was as minimally clean as it could be.
Absolutely nothing. Its a Ghetto motel. There were people sitting outside watching me unload my car. As i was leaving i met another couple leaving too. When my bathroom light didnt come on, i was told to keep flicking the light on and off till it came on. The other couple said they were told the same thing. For that very reason i decided to leave.
The bed sheets had cigarette holes, there were cockroaches everywhere, the lights flickered, and the bathroom light didn't turn on. It didn't appear that the sheets had been changed from the last person in the room either.
This property is in horrible condition and filthy. I took pictures. You should see them! Also, i have lost all confidence in Expedia after this experience which caused us an extra 2 hours trying to find another hotel. Your service also charged me 2.5x the going rate than if i had booked directly thru the hotel. On their website, its $41, and exactly what its worth. The pictures on your site do not represent the property accurately.
The room was dirty and bugs were crawling in the bathroom and living space. The air conditioning smelled bad and could not be controlled. Overall a very unsatisfactory stay.
We checked in on sunday we booked a king smoking deluxe or suite but we also were getting to check in if we were ok with 2 beds smoking. the room actually is spacious. It had a mini fridge and microwave and a desk area . The bathroom is a shower/tub and u barely can shut the door when youre using the toilet. That really was really the only little thing thats was annoying.
