I had to change the date from Aug 15-17 to Aug 8-10. I book through Expedia so I called them on July 30th to switch the date. They told me that the resort charges one night to change the date. They did reach out to the resort so they can see if they can not charge me a one night fee for changing but the resort said that I had to pay. I think that is ridiculous since I’m sure they booked that room. Indoor water park couldn’t ring up lifeguard shirt then decided to get water case and credit card machine was not working paid cash but couldn’t open register to give change
* waiting 45min to 1 hour for food inside water park because staff missed placed the tocket
* Several slides not working ( the drop one ( 2) The one with the nets
* Room smelled like feet
* Draws didn’t close kept coming open
* Couch bed took work to pull out
* No do not disturb sign in the room
* Aug 9 indoor water park slide shut down then power went out. Appreciate outdoor water pass but with a senior we prefer indoor
* Called at 4:30 to see if indoor was open for atleast the wave pol and was told no
* Buffet didn’t open until 7:10 but Chris and Josh were amazing
* Water pouch didn’t last one day. If has a gash in it
* Water shoes didn’t last a day the top part came off
