Left my favorite water bottle in my room on the end table. Called hotels couple hours after checkout to see if I could come by to pick it up. I was advised that they needed to get ahold of their housekeeping manager and I would get a call back. Never received call back so I inquired the next day, I was told the same thing. This time around I called back an hour later, giving them plenty of time to reach out to the manager. After the manager finally reported back to reception, I was told there was no water bottle located. We all know what this means. I will never stay at a hotel that steals from their guest. Reputation is everything and they obviously feel steeling petty items is more important than their clientele.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the Embassy Suites brand I’ve come to expect. The room was small, bed uncomfortable, and all TV channels on one TV were blacked out. Both the room and the hallways showed signs of wear and felt outdated, which was disappointing compared to how the property appeared in photos online. On the positive side, parking was straightforward and convenient, though it came with an added $10 fee per night. The location is one of the few strong points. It’s close to retail and dining options, which was helpful. However, given the high nightly rate, I didn’t feel the stay offered good value for the price. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, and I would likely look elsewhere next time.

Hotel & rooms were in poor condition. Bathroom door jammed. Hallway walls badly scuffed with bad patchwork. Bathroom grout was dirty. Room had one garbage can. Facilities are badly run down. Other family members rooms were the same. Stains, broken drawers, non functional door knobs etc. The hotel is badly in need of a deep clean and refurbishing. This looks like years of bandaid fixes and poor staffing for the cleaning & maintenance.

We have always been pleased with Embassy Suites. The staff are always pleasant and the accommodations typically comfortable. However, the Temecula ES really needs to remodel and update the rooms and get better bed mattresses.

Pros: This hotel was a great price for the area. The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. Cons: there was some miscommunication about some of the amenities at the hotel. We were told the happy hour was at a specific time, but when we got down there, they had already closed up. The hotel seem to be a little rundown and needs some upgrading. There was significant paint chipping in our room, and the carpet needed a significant cleaning. We had difficulty working the television and some of the locks seemed very flimsy, so our room seemed a little unsafe. Despite the cons, overall, I felt like this was a good price for the room we got, and considering we were traveling on a budget it worked out for us.
