Appreciated the gluten free bagels at breakfast! Cool decor. Clean room. We booked this hotel however, specifically for the "heated"pool. Unfortunately the pool was was not very warm...prob upper 70s. Coldest pool of our 6 week tour of Fla.

No A/C in room, got to 80. No sleep first night. Then took 12 hours to switch rooms. Customer service bad rude. Bed old sagging, leaves you with back and hip pain. All around unhappy stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (thank you Grace). The room itself was clean and laid out well. We were facing the shuttle launch site -which was perfect for a 4:22am launch! Breakfast was yummy and the area was cleaned and restocked regularly as we ate.
