Bad Check-in experience

The self check-in did not work. Moreover, there were about 5 staff just standing around, doing very little to help. If you have staff available, just have them do the traditional check-in.

Convenient location! A little bit of a walk from shinjuku station but not bad at all. Perfect amount of space for a couple. Onsen was great. Everything was clean. Fresh towels every morning. Convenient location to stay and explore Tokyo.

Repeated stay at this hotel. Service is the same as usual. Convenient location for food and transport, and not as busy as the main Shunjuku area - but still walkable. I wish the sento will have longer hours of operation though. This stay was also my first time needing to extend the check out timing as i slept in late. extension can be done form the TV within seconds. so it is very easy. I believe they can courier your luggage too if needed. Will come back again.

Not my first time staying here. I normally book this hotel if i am in tokyo. It is not too far form Shinjuku station, but you wont get the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Many dining options and convenience stores nearby. Will definitely come back again. I only wish that the sento opens till 1 or 2 am for the night, and till about 12pm for the morning session. I normally miss the timings from a night out and sleeping in.

I liked the onsen. Its quiet and just a bit away from the busiest areas of Shinjuku to avoid the crowds. Directions to hotel from Shinjuku station will be useful for first time travelers.
